South African rapper, Gigi Lamayne, shared a video of herself receiving a permanent eyebrow procedure at Flawless Permanent Cosmetics in Johannesburg. She took to Instagram on Tuesday, 10 September 2019, to share the video which details the hip-hop star receiving the permanent eyebrows. The video also shows the owner of the company detailing her experience with the procedure as well as other methods and techniques that are available at the branch.
In the caption, the rapper shared her excitement for the procedure and expressed that she feels more attractive with the permanent eyebrows. “A procedure for any make-up lover. This has to be one of my biggest highlights, thank you so much for this. Feeling more beautiful than ever”, she wrote in part.
The South African rapper decided to receive the ombre permanent eyebrow colour. The procedure starts off with a thorough consultation where the shape and colour of the eyebrows is discussed, followed by the cleaning of the brow area in order to remove any previous debris and residue. The mapping step follows, where the consultant maps out where the eyebrows are going to lie. Once the mapping is complete, the actual procedure can begin, where permanent ink is used to fill in the brows until the desired look is achieved.
