Tip 6: Body Exercise
Exercises such as running at least for 30 minutes, a quick 30 minutes walk each day can lower your risk of heart attacks


Tip 7: Rest
Make sure you get enough time to rest and sleep as well, it will improve your health, increase your IQ and improve the chances to get some diseases.
